By making the application for the residence permit, the foreigners in Hubei can make an appointment on this website http://www.hbcrj.gov.cn.
After the user login in the website, there are two choice of "application of the foreigner's residence permit" and "application of the foreigner's residence permit for a second time ". As the application is permitted, the applicants can submit the application with the materials which are needed at the reception counter of the Entry and Exit Administration Department within the time of the appointment. The applicants must have the register of the temporary residence permit according to law first, or the application won't be permitted
