·Please arrive at Mandarin Spa 10 minutes prior to your reservation for your treatment.

·Our spa receptionist will give you a welcome tea and assist you in planning a program to suit your needs.

·You should notify our receptionist if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

·We will provide you with a robe, slippers and you could take a shower in your private spa room before your treatment.

·Please put your personal jewelry and valuable items in the safe of your treatment room.

·Most of the body treatments are enjoyed without clothing or with underwear if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly over any area of the body not involved in the treatment and to respect your privacy at all times. Spa staff will provide you with paper underwear if you prefer.

·Your treatment must end on time so that the next treatment is not delayed if you unfortunately arrive lately, unless there are no other guest booked for a treatment, the treatment will last for the full duration.

·We suggest that you make a reservation before you come to Mandarin Spa so that you need not waiting for a long time. The treatments you select are especially reserved for you. Three hours notice is required to cancel your reservation.
